About Bree

As a multifaceted designer and artist, I delve into a myriad of creative avenues, from vibrant gouache paintings and intricate screen prints to the meticulous craftsmanship of intaglio etchings and whimsical miniature sculptures. Infusing each piece with a playful sense of humor, I aim to not only captivate the viewer but also to weave deeper narratives that inspire curiosity and exploration. Drawing inspiration from my love of literature and a penchant for quirky tales, my creations serve as portals to worlds where imagination knows no bounds, inviting audiences to embark on journeys filled with wonder and discovery.

Brianna (Bree) Cutts is Creative Director of The Sibbett Group, an exhibit design firm that specializes in crafting sensory-rich interpretive experiences that inspire visitors of all ages to connect more deeply with history and the natural world.

Brianna’s fascination with problem solving for spatial designs is enhanced by an interest in learning theory and design history. Her experience spans building locomotion prototypes for the Exploratorium’s Frogs exhibition, researching baseball history for the family Fan Lot at AT&T Park in San Francisco, and leading the exhibition design for the Laurance S. Rockefeller Preserve in Wyoming’s Grand Teton National Park.

Brianna dives. Into projects, that is: into the stories, people, and objects that create the foundation for an exhibit, product or process. Brianna believes playful risk-taking is the key to creativity. She spent her childhood in Pasadena, where she painted murals on her bedroom walls, practiced cello, and made dioramas (of course).

Her past work has been with museums and design consultancies, including IDEO, where she led teams as an environments designer. Brianna was an adjunct faculty member for John F. Kennedy University's Museum Studies department, and regularly presents at conferences and leads small workshops for design professionals.

Brianna holds a Master of Arts in Museum Studies from John F. Kennedy University, and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design, and Minor in Art History, from the University of California at Davis.

  • It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world.
